What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is anytime after 4pm; Check-out is 10am.

Do you allow pets in your rental?

Unfortunately, no. We love furry friends but our son is highly allergic (even to the most hypo-allergenic dogs) and because we use the home frequently ourselves, we cannot allow it. However, we are proud to offer our home as a dander-free environment, which makes it an ideal option for guests who are allergic to pets or simply prefer an animal-free accommodation.

Is there a minimum age requirement to rent?

We do require the responsible booking party to be 29.

Do you provide linens, towels & toiletries?

Yes - we are pleased to outfit all bedrooms with luxury bamboo blend linens (sheets, duvet comforter with down comforter, pillow and pillowcases) for your stay. Additionally, we provide bath towels, washcloths, makeup cloths, hot tub towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Do you have reliable WiFi?

Yes! Our WiFi is rated at ~500Mbs and provided via high-speed cable. We have a full mesh system across the home to ensure you have great connectivity throughout your stay.

We have never been to the area before, can you help with ideas or restaurants?

YES, absolutely! Once you book with us, you will receive a detailed digital guide full of helpful recommendations and our favorite local spots. We love helping our guests have the best experience in the Poconos as possible!

Do you have a grill?

Yes we have a 3 burner Weber propane gas grill on our upper deck. We also have a firepit ideal for roasting s'mores!

How close is your home to popular attractions?

Our home is a 7 minute drive from Kalahari and a 15 minute drive to Camelback / Aquatopia and Big Pocono State Park. Jack Frost Mountain Resort is only 13 miles away ~ 20 minutes.

Is parking available for your guests?

Yes, we can accommodate 4 vehicles at the home.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is outlined at the time of booking and depends on the timing of your stay. We aim to be fair and transparent, and we’re always happy to talk through any questions before you reserve.

Do you provide wood for the fire pit?

We're pleased to offer a fire pit for your use and pleasure during your stay. Occasionally we will have wood available for your use, but encourage you to pick up your own locally.

Can I swim at the lake without a Lake Naomi Club Membership?

Lake Naomi is private, so without a temporary membership you wouldn't be able to use the lake. However, there are many lakes just a short distance away that allow for beach use and swimming at no cost. Most of them are larger than Lake Naomi Club's beaches too!

How do I get access to Lake Naomi amenities?

We're proud to be part of the Lake Naomi Platinum 5 star community. During your stay of 14 days or longer, you have the OPTION TO PURCHASE A TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP TO THE LAKE NAOMI CLUB (SUBJECT TO LNC RESTRICTIONS). The extra fee, paid directly to the Lake Naomi Club via their online form Lake Naomi Club Temporary Membership Application , will provide you access to all the amenities of the club, including a tennis complex, 9-hole golf course, basketball courts, archery, three pools (one indoor), fitness center with hot tubs, sauna and steam room, sailing, kayaking, a beach bar and indoor bar with patio and dining at the clubhouse restaurant.
